We have two sessions on Friday morning at Kings College Road, Ruislip HA4 7JZ
Early Bird speed/strength session at 7:00am. Meet trackside at 6:55am. First 30 minutes covers warm up, strength work and plyometrics (jumping, explosive movements, skipping, hopping, lunges etc). Second 30 minutes focuses on short sprints, finishing sprints, and laps to a total of 4k then warm down and stretch.
Easy run then breakfast at 9:30am. 6k gentle run to Ruislip Lido and back. Pace is around12/13 minutes and we adjourn for breakfast afterwards at Kings Cafe. Meet in the (free) car park next to the track.
