A track based session at Harrow School track. Maximum distance of 8k with a mix of different numbers of reps and distances (400m to 1600m) with recovery between.
Depending on numbers there will be two groups a standard and gentle group.
Meet trackside from 6pm for warm up and drills at 6:15pm. If you can’t arrive in time, you will still be asked to do a warm up to prevent injuries.
The track does not have floodlights so please wear high vis and if possible body/head light. Additional layers to wear before/after is recommended as area is always cooler than expected.
