This is a varied speed play session – not a continuous run. All abilities welcome. The winter meeting point is outside number 2 Mountside, close to The Duck in the Pond pub.
The summer meeting point is Masefield Avenue, Stanmore near the access to Bentley Priory.
Drinks and chat at the pub (formerly once a month) will depend on covid restrictions. Organiser will advise if/when this is planned.
