Training sessions


The following sessions take place every week except where stated. Please note that the times stated are the times that the sessions START so it is advisable to arrive earlier, especially when attending for the first time.  High visibility, reflective clothing is recommended for winter evening runs.

Wednesday Hills 7.15pm Middle Road Harrow-on-the-Hill
Thursday Varied 7pm  Viewpoint Car Park Old Redding Near The Case is Altered pub.
Saturday Varied 9am Roxbourne Park

You will also find Metros supporting some of our local parkruns on Saturday mornings – our closest are Harrow and Northala Fields.
