Tuesday Training Session

Venue: Lowlands Tennis Club, Lowlands Road, Eastcote HA5 1TU.  We meet outside the tennis club at 7:20 for a prompt 7:30 start.  You are welcome to use the tennis club after the session.  There are toilets and showers, and a licensed bar open (currently) till 10:30pm.  There are usually a few members who stay on making this a social evening

Session: Choice of

Road runs at 8-10 minute pace of 5-8 miles. Usually the group splits into two or three groups according to pace.  Someone volunteers to lead the group around a route.  A number of standard routes are often used (see below).  Please note due to the pace, and need to keep the group together without restricting member’s opportunity to get in a good quality run,  these runs are NOT suitable for beginners.

A run / walk of 3 miles approx. is also available suitable for slow runners, beginners, coming back from injury, recovery etc.  Everyone is welcome to join this.  This takes around 45 minutes plus.
