The Monday Core/Fitness/Speed Sessions offer an alternative to running and help you build the strength you need to avoid injury.
Remember to check SPOND for specific arrangements for any session as venue/leader and even time may change.

Time: 7pm for approximately an hour
Meet: Outside The Duck In The Pond Pub. Kenton Lane HA3 6AA. (same as the Thursday winter session meet point)
Session content: a mixture of sprints, core exercises, and a 1km challenge in a local park, running to/from the park acts as a warm up/cool down.
